Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping
As a two-person operation, we aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If you need your order shipped as soon as possible, just let us know! Orders are either shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Barn Cat also offers local pickup either in Marquette, MI or Midland, MI. If you want to avoid paying for shipping, contact us to organize a local pickup. Note that only select products are available in each location, depending on the artist’s residence and inventory limitations.
Orders are shipped with as much biodegradable and recycled packaging as possible, though some plastic is required to ensure the safety of fragile pieces.
If your order arrived broken or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve this issue. We’ll ask you to send photos of the damaged package and/or item so we can issue you a replacement.
Returns and Refunds
While we hope you love the art you purchase from us, we understand sometimes returns and exchanges need to happen! Please contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any other associated fees for returns and exchanges (unless it’s our mistake — then it’s on us). Returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Items must be returned in unused condition, and fragile items like ceramics must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit.
